My neck is all messed up!! It's been hurting me for a while... and then when I was away on my cruise I got a massage and the massuse f*&%ed it up!!! I can't move my neck at all now I'm in so much pain and can't event think of working out! ARG! just when I was doing so good! Dr. apt. is tonight. I hope everything is OK....

Definately get some referrals for a good doctor, or chiropracter (I personally don't trust chiros...too many horror stories of friends and FI)...I don't know of any, I'm sure some girls on the NWR board will know.

Hope you feel better. The doctor will probably be able to do something right away to get you feeling better. Where did you go on your cruise? I just came back from one.

Disney Cruise It was incredible!!!!! The most awesome ship and experience. YOU GUYS HAVE TO GO ON IT!!! ... just don't get a massage!

We just came back from a Carnival Cruise to Bermuda. It was great. We had the best time. We got massages on the Carnival trip. It was very relaxing. What did they do to you? Don't worry. I'm sure the dr will fix you up right away. Check out some of my pictures on NWR.
