Re: im joining curves.. any advice/opinions?
I really love the people where I go - and it's the first exercise program i've stuck with for more than a month or two. I've lost a few inches, but i'm still the same weight. I'm going to start watching what i eat now though, so hopefully between the two i'll loose some weight.

Re: im joining curves.. any advice/opinions?
I had joined Curves last Jan in preparation for my August wedding. I joined Curves because I was working two jobs everyday and Curves was the only thing I had time for. I went religiously until prob the end of June. I lost inches but I didn't lose weight when I wasn't really dieting along with it. I started working with a personal trainer (not at Curves) about a month before the wedding and that's the only time I really noticed muscular changes in my body. I am sorry to say that I could prob count the number of times I have been back since the wedding on one hand. My membership is up in two weeks and I called them yesterday to tell them I wasn't renewing. I guess I just got bored with it and the limited amount of change you could make in your body (in my opinion). I think for the money it costs, one is better off at a trad gym where you have more options - classes, weights, etc. Just wanted to share my Curves experience!
