I'm just curious about morning sickness

What is the earliest you have heard someone having it?

(I am not pregnant - I am curious though due to a conversation with my girlfriends yesterday) one of them knew a girl who had it really early - like a week after conception - is that possible?

I have read on the inet that it is - I have read that it isnt.
