Re: Im KINDA SCARED..and worried

You are NOT a failure at all. Having a miscarriage is not something you wish upon yourself or control. It is a natural occurance and one that we really cannot do much about.
Have you seen a specialist? Perhaps that would put your mind at ease. Also, consider speaking to a therapist who deals with these issues. So many emotions go with having a miscarriage. No one expects you to deal with each one alone. There is NO shame in needing help to get thru a diffult time.
Plus we are here for you!!!!! We will support you anyway we can. Don't give up.

You are not a failure at all. My advice to you is talk to your Dr. tell him/her that you want to TTC right away. They will help. Take good care of yourself and dont spend too much time 'trying' Have FUN. Dont put too much pressure on yourself

Please do not feel like a failure. I can understand your apprehension. Unfourtuntely miscarriages happen, I had one in March. We are TTC now and, like you, there is always a worry about miscarriages. But I really believe that working with my Dr. I can work towards a successful pregnancy. Also from this site, I have received so much support and encouragement - we are here for you.

I am a big believer in seeing a specialist before a regular doctor recommends it. It wouldn't hurt to meet with one and discuss what is going on. who knows- maybe he/she will have some great advice or information for you. JMO though.

You are NOT A FAILURE!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a miscarriage last September and I felt the EXACT same way for months. There's nothing we could've done to prevent it. I know it's hard, believe me. You go through all these emotions and you need to grieve for the baby (babies) you lost. But you will get pregnant again. I'm now 34 weeks pregnant. Actually I'm due the day before I miscarried, how's that for irony?

You need to try and relax -- I'm a firm believer that once your mind and body relaxes, it'll happen. It did for me. You're under a lot of stress right now w/planning your wedding and worrying about TTC. That's a lot on your plate and once the wedding is over, you'll be less stressed.

We're all here for you!!

Please do not feel like a failure. A miscarriage is not something you can control. See your doctor and/or a specialist. I wish you all the best.

You are not a failure, you have no control over a miscarriag and it is not you fault when you do have one. I am sure everything will work out for you ttc, maybe it just wasn't the right time in the past.

Good luck and congrats on your upcoming wedding.

Leslie

You are NOT A FAILURE, I have also had 2 misacrriages this past year and know exactly how you feel. Try and remember the miscarriage isn't your fault, it's nature's way of saying something just wasn't right with the fetus.

Thre is no harm or shame goong to a Specialist

As usual, great advice from the women on this board! Lots of hugs for support !!! Definitely keep in mind that your baby will come when its meant to & that we are all here for you when you need us!! See the dr & put your mind at ease, also the books that the girls have recommended are fantastic ... if you don't already own them. Taking charge is terrific & I also picked up a book on fertility & nutrition that I found very helpful.

Most of all ... Stay positive!! Your well being emotionally & physically is soooo important now more than ever!
