That's where I got mine. I used the Indian Summer paper, which would probably work for you too, but there were lots of options.

I went to a place in Manhattan called Paper Presentation. OMG! They have everything. I got all that I needed to make my invitations with response cards for only $69, and that's for 50 invites. Paper Presentation

Try Staples.

Ditto to all the suggestions here but one more suggestion. You can make really cool cry packs using suede textured paper. It almost feels like fabric. Its a little pricey but I love the look.
Another cheaper option is to use plain old kids construction paper...the cheap kind. It really soft and when folded in to cry packs it works nicely with the tissues.

Re: I'm looking for paper
I used the fall paper from Papaerdirect.com for my STD's and everyone loved it. I need something I can fold for the cry packs though. I'm thinking of going with vellum.
It's a cute little touch for your ceremony, you put tissues, in it, you can use vellum or something to envelope the tissues and put a sticker with your names and wedding date on.. for people that cry.. i think they are cute!
