I'm Married!
Hey ladies! As you've already heard (and seen) I've been hitched for 2 days and 19 hours! I know that I posted very cryptically on Thursday that the wedding was off for a while but by Friday fate prevailed and we got hitched on Sunday!
We lucked out on weather!!! It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT on Sunday! Just gorgeous on the docks at Danfords! On Friday night at the Rehearsal Dinner my mom said amidst pouring rain 'It will not rain, Christina. I am putting the blessed mother in the window tonight and not taking her out until Monday.' I swear the next morning the sun was out! Whatever works!![]()
Things went wrong, things always go wrong but it really is true that you don't care so much on your wedding day! We didn't have any major issues, just a bunch of small ones that I hardly paid any mind to the whole day!
So we are married, FH is going back to work today, my name is changed as per the DMV & Social Security and I have been nonstop delusionally happy. Like just walking on air! If you're not married yet, this happiness is just the greatest thing ever! I've read time and time again, ladies on here say how much they are missing planning their wedding and the excitement but I'm more excited about this chapter of my life than I was about the wedding (which is hard to believe, but true.)
