I'm nervous that.......

I'm nervous that.......

there won't be enough guests at my bridal shower and I will be embarrassed! Was anyone else nervous about this? I invited 25 guests but I have a feeling that specifically there will be 5 or 6 who won't make it... and then I'm sure there will be others... I just don't want to be embarrassed

There's NO reason to be embarassed! You will be surrounded by people who love you!!

I had a small shower, and I thought it was GREAT! My BP couldn't pick a date they all could do it, so basically it got rushed and all my guests were given to short of notice to be able to be there, so it was about 15-20 people and I had a blast! Don't worry, you will have fun no matter how many people are there!

Dont worry about it...I had a lot of people say they couldnt come and I had some people not even show up...you shouldnt be embarrassed

A small shower is nothing to be embarressed about. All that matters is that your closest girls are there.

Don't worry about it I'm sure whomever is important to you will be there and they wouldn't judge or think negatively, kwim. I am sure your shower will be great if there are 2 or 200 people there.

There is no reason to be embarrassed! The people you care about will be there. That is whats most important!

Showers are supposed to be a celebration of love. Having a smaller amount of people attending is just going to allow it to be more special. You will have a wonderful day

A smaller group will help you make the time more personal with each one. I know I feel more relaxed with less people around..no worries!!

I am worried of the same thing! My guest list is only 26. I know not everyone will not come and I will look like I have no friends

Sometimes I think smaller is nicer...you get to enjoy your friends and closest family more than if there is a large group of people. I purposely made my list small so that it isn't overwhelming. I want to enjoy the people that will be there.

Only half of the invited guests came to my shower... and I wouldn't have had it any other way. It was all the ladies I am closest to and care about most... I didn't want to spend the whole party being introduced to people and making small talk w/ people I didn't know... I had a great time hanging out and joking around w/ my best friends and family..

i am having a small shower of about 20-25 people. i specifically told my MOH i did not want every woman invited to the wedding invited to shower. i want a very small intimate shower. like i didn't want to invite my boss' wife who i never met. it would be awkward for both of us

no need to be emabarrased. as long as the people you are closest with & who you luv are there. thats what counts

Actually I don't know a lot of the people who are invited to my bridal shower I don't know some of my extended family who my mom thought we should invite. It will be weird. I'm not really looking forward to my shower.
