That needle on that scale better be mov'in tomorrow morn'in!!!!! I haven't been depriving myself for noth'in!!!!!!
I'd use my plateau diet, but I can't eat the grapefruit!!!! So, how's everyone else doing??? Mary MOB

Think I scared my scales!!!!! The needle moved!!!!! I'm out of plateau!!!!!! Mary MOB

PS I'm 160; Only 35 more lbs. to go!!!!!!!

I can't wait to weigh tomorrow! But I am pretty sure the cookie I just ate after weeks of working hard won't help much lol...
