he was trying to surprise me by customizing my ring,but instead they sent him one smaller and in white gold and misplaced mine instead of customizing mine. He went and spoke to the manager & they said they would try & find it!

FH feels like crap cause he was trying to make my ring more 'personal' and instead they lost it!
so he feels its his fault, but the girl was a ditz and totally screwed him over.
the manager said he'd talk to the girl to see what the hell she was thinking

Yea -- we're going tonight to look at different rings and stuff ...
and back tothe mall to talk to the nimrods.

I've had problems with Zales in the Smithhaven mall. I love my ring except there is a channel set diamond that is out of place due to resizing and because it's technically not broken they won't fix it! FH told the lady it should be in good enough condition to be placed back in the case and I asked the girl why they don't take pride in the products! I've already steared a few couples away from them.
