I went for an interview at PS111 in Long Island City yesterday, a school my friend got hired at 2 weeks ago. After talking to the principal for only 10 minutes, I am now a third grade teacher!!!!! YAY ME!!!!

CONGRATS!!!! I def. know the feeling. I got hired at PS104 in Far Roc back in May...it was the est feeling ever ! I went today to set up my class. I cant believe I am actually starting. GOOD LUCK!!

Is this your first year? I know i'll be on here venting WAY to much. I went shopping for all the school stuff today and will be going in tomorrow to set up the class!!!
