the sellers finally signed the contract today. what a relief. now i just want to close. i am so nervous about the whole thing.

GINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY SH*T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU KNOW I UNDERSTAND! We have been in for a month now and the summer is just flying by! We built the apartment in a month and his parents moved in last weekend. It has been insane!!! We got everything painted in a day with his whole family pitching in. It was great to cover up those Disney characters all over the walls! We have had a few setbacks, but things seem to be calming down now at last. Just in time for me to do some curriculum planning for September. I'm already having nightmares! Just know this insanity is all worth it in the end and it will all work out fine!!!!! Good luck sweetie, I'm thinking of you!!!
