I emailed the vendor and I told her how unhappy I was with the topper and she offered to fix it for me but at this point I just want my money back so she is going to give me back a refund minus my shipping costs.
That stinks - Is there any way you can work out a refund with the seller?

yea can you email her and try to get a refund or possibly send it back to her and have her fix it until you are happy. just tell her that you will gladly pay shipping and handling. you just want to be happy with the product.

I am trying to do that now but it she has a message on her website saying that she will be unavailable until the end of July. I feel so sad. It's not like it was cheap. I could have gotten something much nicer for half of the price that I paid.

That totally s**ks! And I feel your pain!!!
Let me know if you find out about refunds/ I'll do the same if I figure out what to do.... I paid someone to do my garter, sent her the specific material I wanted, and now she's no longer a registered user and I can't get in touch with her... and guess what... no garter.... and I'll have to re-buy the material to have it remade by someone else.
