No nicotine and I'm expecting the red carpet to roll on out soon!!!! Speaking of red... I'm thinking of doing scarlet and pink??? Any opinions??? Remember summer wedding, could focus more on pink, but it leaves it romantic, no?

I think it will be pretty. I think the darker colors are more striking in the spring/summer months because they're so unexpected. As long as you stick with a summery fabric you can have whatever color you like. A dark red (maybe more wine than scarlet) tea length dress with pink flowers or a pink sash I think would be pretty.
Also ask the BM (I forget her name) for suggestions... She has a lot of ideas. I'm actually stealing one for my wedding.
Re: smoking, I'm reading an EXCELLENT book - The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr. Read it, since you already stopped - skip ahead to like Ch. 16. It really truly helps.

it's totally worth it and yes I am a smoker . It really made me almost quit but I got scared, I don't know why, it's stupid, so I stopped reading it. I think it's really good though.

and onto more important things!!!!! i agree with jen...as long as you don't do scarlet red velvet dresses...you can do any thing any time...and to be honest if thats what you want in the summer you could do that too
