i'm planning a dh's 40th bday... what do you think of this??

dh's 40th bday won't be for a bit, but i really want it to be special.

i am only in the 'thinking' phase, so please be honest about my ideas. i obviously have time to change things.

dh is a BIG beatles and john lennon fan!!!
i was thinking of renting the venue where we got married and having a '60's/beatles' party. i can tell everyone to dress in '60's' clothes. i know of a beatles cover/tribute band (during their breaks, i can have them play other 60's music)

what do you ladies think? is this cool or lame??

I think that sounds awesome. The Beatles were/are amazing-you can't go wrong, as long as it's a good cover band. I think everyone will enjoy going back to the 1960s.-It'll be a fun time warp.
