Just got back from the doctor and it's official..I'M PREGNANT! I took the home pregnancy test a couple of days ago but just couldn't believe it was true. But now it's confirmed and official!!! Any advice for a new mother 2 be?

congrats congrats congrats... the only advice that i have is what my friends doctor just told her..... be cautious, but don't drive yourself nuts!
