I'm proud to announce: WE FOUND A PHOTOGRAPHER!!

We LOVED their work, we love their personality...FI parents like them since his father grew up with the husband! I'd say thier pricing is average (the lowest 'package' is $3500) but their work is comparable to Imagine!!! I am soooo EXCITED!!! And the best part: Future in-laws said if we truly loved them, money was not an issue and not to worry about it. FH was also excited that they do all digital and can make whatever album we choose! He's such a techie!

I'm glad to have this major vendor taken care of..still feeling guilty about the cost though

I used Imagine and I must disagree with you, they do not have the same style as Imagine at all.

Wow. I know and I agree with Jenn that I do not think that they compare to Imagine. My FI lives in Malverne and I see their work all the time in the window and it does not do anything for me.

OK...not to be overly defensive or snippy...I didn't say their work was LIKE Imagine, I said it was comparable. The work in the window does them no justice, as I saw many books. They are also award winning photographers. I meant comparable in the sense that it was more along the lines of photojournalistic than traditional. **edited to add, that the photos on the website AGAIN, don't do their work justice. We were very pleased with them and they were fun people to sit and talk to....we felt very comfortable with them.

Shana, I do not think you made a bad decision at all. I just was stating my opinioin, that in my eyes they have very different styles. Not better or worse, just different. You are the one that has to be happy and you seem to be, so no worries.

Thanks Shamma! I liked them the best of all the ones I've seen (inlcuding Patken) and we clicked with them, which is what I wanted. I cannot wait to post proofs from e-shots and the wedding!!
