I'm really nervous right now..............

I was cleaning my apartment this morning, bathroom specifically, and sprayed my sink with tilex, it stunk in there and felt the smell going in my nose, as I was cleaning the rest of the apartment I started to feel like lightheaded, i opened all of the windows but my ears still feel clogged and when i lean forward and put my head down I still get that feeling, Im a nervous wreck and FH and my dad are no help, dad told me to eat bread which I did and fh told me to relax which I am, but my stomach is in knots and I dunno what to do!!!!!!

You're probably just having a reaction from spraying the Tilex in an enclosed area. Try lying down in a well ventilated room for a little while. Also, make sure the bathroom is well ventilated so that the fumes from the spray can dissipate.

Sounds like you are having an anxiety attack!
Sit down, take a couple of deep breaths. You will be fine--I promise. Sometimes i work my self up over things like that and I start to feel physical symptoms because of anxiety.

Actually... THe smell will not leve your senses for a bit!!

Do you have coffee beans you can smell??

If not I try smelling vicks and it helps.. But you need to go to an area that doesn't smell like Tilex!!
