We've committed to 125 at our hall but I don't think we're going to even get to 100 people!!! We sent out about 170 invites but so far only about 90 people are coming. So many of the people we invited are from out of town, my FH is from Virginia and I haven't lived in NY for about 10 years. Most of the people who are coming are my parents friends, every one else seems to have some sort of excuse why they can't come.
I'm pretty disappointed, I hate to waste all that money on the 25 heads that won't be there!! AHHHHH!!!!!

Mention this to the hall, you will most likely still have to pay for the 25 heads but they might give you something to make up for some of the difference

I think we've exhausted all of our friends, being in Virginia just makes it hard, for some reason people just don't want to travel to NY.
Not much we can do at this point, but I still hoped more people would come.

Well look on the bright side you could be like me and commit to 175 and end up with 180.....this means i will be short plates. so now i have to put out the money for the extra people who forgot.
and the plates are 25.00
so i understand but from the other end.
dont stress we will all be fine on our wedding days.
