Seriously!! I really want to start trying some on, just to get an idea, but I know myself, and will change my mind a gazillion times!! I made an appointment at Kleinfelds for this friday, but I am going to cancel....

i was really nervous to before the first time i went...i kept feeling like i havent lost enought wait and i wasnt going to like anything...but seriously it was fine! I actually liked how a lot of the dresses looked on me...it made me feel so much better...im goign this weekend again and im not nervous anymore!
eta: you also don't have to buy anything if you are worried about changing your mind...just go try some stuff on and get an idea of what styles you like!

Ohno! Don't be scared - seriously. It's fun. I am the most indecisive person EVER and it the first time I went dress shopping I found 'the one'. Just taking Mom and Dad back tomorrow to hopefully order it Have fun with the whole thing - and you never know - it might be easier than you would think!

Don't cancel!!! Go for the experience!!!! Try dresses on to get an idea of what you like and what looks good on you... I went there last Sunday and had a great experience.

Do you have any ideas of what type of dress you want?
Some people like going dress shopping, other's don't. I was fortunate to have found my dress at my second dress appointment. I feel like one huge thing is done because I already have my dress and that I can focus on other things now.
You should keep your appointment at Kleinfeld, and just take pictures of every dress you try on. You're not expected to buy the dress on the spot. Go to different salons, take pictures of the dresses and then go back to the pictures and see which one's you liked the most and then take it from there.

im the most insecure person in the world. i was ready to throw up as i walked into the bridal salon...once ur in and fill out the form... u are at ease! trust meee do NOT cancel.. think of this appt as a pre-test..see what u like.. what areas dont look good with the dress so u can work with the styles!!!

dont cancel!!!!!!! just go try some on and dont commit to anything, this way you have an idea of what styles/designers/cuts you like, and trust me when you try on the perfect dress you wont change your mind!!!

Don't be scared. Some girls find 'the one' in one or two shops. Even those who say they are picky. I'm so NOT picky, and I didn't find my dress until the sixth shop! But, I had ALOT of fun looking! Enjoy it!

don't be scared, its so much fun, once you try on that first dress, all those fears go away....i do understand your hestiation since your wedding is a while away, but no harm in starting early to get a feel for things.

Dont be scared- trying on dresses is so much fun. The places I went to the ladies were SO nice there...they made me feel so comfortable. Once you find the one you just know it, so you def. shouldnt change your mind!!

colleen, how did u take pix ?? they didnt allow us.. so we snuck in the fitting room... and uhmm.. my mom still his a rotary fone at home..so imagne me trying to show her how to take pix using my cell fone
