my realtor told me yesterday i would know about the house in the morning
then she caled this morning and said the selling realtor was meeting with the sellers at 6pm
well its 6:50 local time and still nothing
im scared to death

they came back with a counter offer..only 2,000 higher then what we offered and they are going to pay all closing costs, inspections and apprasials by our lender
they really screwed themselves
they had another offer but they already signed the counter offer contract to us so they can not accept the other one no matter what..it is in our hands now
i just gotta check with DH..hes at work now..and if we can afford the monthly then we sign he papers tomorrow!!!!!!!

WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT.SO I GUESS ITS OURS..LOL WE DO ANOTHER WALK THROUGH ON THURSDAY AND THEN INSPECTION NEXT WEEK
WE CLOSE ON APRIL 25TH

OMG I know EXCATLY what you are going through. I had to go through hell for 3 days to find out if my loan got approved on the house we bought.
Just cross your fingers and say a pray. Keep bothering her if you have too.
