I'm shaking like a leaf.. new home! UPDATED!

because I am leaving work in 20 minutes to go to my CLOSING!

We're FINALLY closing on the house today at 12!

I am SO INCREDIBLY SCARED!!!

Next time I speak to you all, I'll be in a MAJOR amount of DEBT!

ETA: So we closed yesturday and it went by smoothly [4 hours long though] and we OWN A HOME! We are SO excited, FH carried me over the threshold twice We didn't know the rules to that, if you do it after MARRIAGE or what, so he picked me up and said- hell, it can't hurt!

Congrats! Just closed on our house in June - nerve wracking but extremely exciting. You should be very proud of yourself!

Oh my. Congratulations!! Dont be nervous and dont worry about the money, remember that in life you HAVE to spend money, the thing to remember is to spend it wisely. So since you will soon be a home owner you know have to take certain precautions in other areas in order to avoid over spending and getting into serious debt. But Good luck you will be fine!

CONGRATS!!! FH and I just closed in April. I stayed awake the whole night before and the whole night after... but everyday i wake up and look around and go... WOW! This is MY HOUSE!! HOLY SH*T!

Congratulations what a huge step. I wish we could buy but paying for the wedding and a house is not a possibility. I wish it was so I could stop throwing money at my landlord.
