I'm SO Bad - Kinda Long

So, I found the (almost) perfect shoes at Chinese Laundry - fell in love with them and immediately bought them.



They ARE comfy but they're also a 4 3/4' inch heel so I was looking for something else to wear later in the reception in case my feet got tired (or I came close to breaking my neck )

I was looking for a backup shoe that was more like a mary jane - something I could 'jig' in I've been looking forever but couldn't find anything I liked or looked comfy. So, for shlts and giggles l hopped on Chinese Laundry today and low and behold - they had my back up shoes!!



FH ran out to buy cigs so I snuck them on the C.C. - if he finds out I spent 140.00 on shoes he'll kill me! At least I got two pair for that price!

I LOVE THEM!!!! These look like they have a platform and a fairly wide heel so they should be pretty comfortable most of the night. I wore 5' platform heels, and kept them on all night w/ no problem Good idea to get a back up just in case though

I'm just wondering now how to handle my alterations on my dress - there's a 2inch difference between the two shoes - I don't want my dress to be too short with the first pair but I don't want it to drag and trip me up with the second. I guess I'll just bring both with my to my fitting.
