me too!! my boss is in the city at meetings and all my other co-workers in my dept are off at job sites or went home already so I am th eonly one on my floor. And I think I have checked my myspace a million times today!!!

well when i came out of the 'twilight' i looked at the nurse and said ' i feel like i am effing trippin' then i kept CURSING like a sailor and then apologizing. . . and then i started crying . . .
but while i was on it. . . it was pretty awesome!

lol well my dentist is a husband and wife team and the wife was walking in but asked her husband to come get her because the dog next store had escaped and was hanging out by her car and she was scared so while in my gassed state, I hear this whole thing happening and I remember thinking that I can go out and rescue the dog and keep it as my pet. Even when I left the office and I was done with the procedure I told FH we have to go find the puppy

HAHAH! I'm petrified of needles so I go under for it, but they give me the sweet air first so taht i don't get upset about the needle and i've had three out three seperate times and one time while i was drifting I heard the nurse say to the doctor, 'WOW, she is INHALING the sweet air, you better hurry up' then she touched me arm and said, 'take smaller breaths' lmao... i was like a junkie!

I never heard them call it sweet air, that's a great name for it and I take deep breaths with it too, I want as much as possible! I'm the same way with needles. I cry hysterically before I get one and then pass out after, happens all the time.

not sure if thats what it is really called but that is how they explained it to me. . .
it was an IV and they told me if i concentrated really hard i would be 100% aware but in no pain BUT if i just relaxed it would be like being asleep
well i have anxiety so i freaked and though OMG i am going to be wide awake the whole time. . .yeah right i looked at her put the IV in my arm - and my eyes were open and i could see what was going on but if i closed them i was in a freeken psychedelic world. . . and i was looking out the window then i thought i was ON the street instead of looking at the street and then every once in a while i would look at the dentist remember where i was, then go back under. . .it was amazing - thank goodness i dont have access to it bc i would use it every day! LOL
