I'm so domestimicated---early morning update

So yesterday FH calls me and sounds awful. He's sniffling and sneezing and he almost never gets sick (unlike me). Since he wasn't working, I told him to go straight home and go to bed!!!!!

I get home from work at 5 and he's still sleeping so I decided that the jewish cure all exactly what he needs. I spent about an hour or so in the kitchen and whip him up some homeade chicken noodle soup (and no it really wasn't from a can). He woke up at 8pm and was definetely a happy camper. He stayed up for a little while longer and went back to bed (after wrestling of course).

He told me to wake him up before I left for work as is our morning ritual. He said he was feeling a little better. I reminded him that he still had soup in the fridge he could heat up.

The kicker, even though he was sleeping in the other room, so I wouldn't get sick, this morning I wake up and now my throat hurts and I'm sniffling and sneezing up a storm

What stinks is that I know no matter what I need to push myself to work, I can't take off since I have no sick time.

Sorry for this everyone....I know I probably complain too much but I am really bad when I am sick. Heck i'm bad when i'm not sick.

I came home from work yesterday and fell asleep from 6ish-10ish. I was up for a couple of hours and went back to bed. I decided to use the humidifier to see if that would help clear me up.

However, I barely slept last night. I don't know if it was from all the meds I took but I kept on waking up every hour on the hour. In the early part of the night I had major chills. I hadn't bothered to check my temp until about an hour ago It seems that I have a fever, over 101 closer to 102. I didn't think it would be THAT high but thats definetely not good .

Now there's no way I can go to work like this. If I didn't have a fever, i wouldn't have a problem going to work but I don't want to get anyone else sick. This ***** because this will be the third week in a row where my paycheck will be cut short. Working temp, i don't get paid for holidays, have vacation time or sick time.
