I found out today that FI and I got the house that we wanted for rent in San Diego. We'll be moving in 4 weeks out of our apt. and into this beautiful house in a beautiful area of San Diego. We were feeling cooped up in our apt. with the two dogs, so we looked to buy a house, but then my car got stolen so we didn't buy the house we wanted. It must be fate, b/c then I found this home that is amazing and not too expensive and although we're only renting for about 15 mths, I feel like it worked out for the best. The two men that live there have recently redone the house to be their dream home, but aren't going to live in it for another couple of years since they want to live together in San Fran first. All I have left is to get a referral from my apt. complex, I'm just hoping that they're nice since they don't want us to leave. I'll try to post a pic of the kitchen. It's actually 3 times bigger than what the picture covers.
