I just scheduled my e-pics with Duet! We're taking them on Roosevelt Island!!
Now its time to enlist the help of my LIW girls...
I'm in the process of finding a makeup artist/hair stylist for that day (pref. in queens or manhattan). If you have any reccomendations let me know.
I also want to find a cute sundress to wear. It seems that all the ones in stores are super flowy and loose and would make me look pregnant. I need something tighter and shows off my curves- so if anyone has seen anything or know of good stores to look in let me know.
Thanks girls! I'm so excited!!

Re: I'm so excited!
hey congrats!!! when are you taking them?
we are taking ours on june 3rd with duet....i am also trying to find someone in manhattan/queens for makeup. I have contacted Oksana but she is very slow in responding...honestly i might just end up going to a mac counter for my e-pic makeup if i cant find someone else that is convenient to go to that day...

YAY!! CONGRATS! I plan on scheduling my e-pics with Duet this week as well! When are you taking them? Were they booked really far in advance?
I am no help with dresses... I have such a hard time finding a dress. I feel like all the dresses I see are either juniors and too sweet sixteen-y or too old for me. Nothing in between

What if you did a skirt and top combo instead of a dress? you will have much more options that way. You can find a flow-ey skirt and tight fitting tank underneath.
My hairdresser is in Manhattan if you want someone to blow out your hair. She's on 57th b/w park and madison. let me know if you want her info.

Sooo exciting!
I'm useless as far as any tips about hair and makeup.
Maybe H&M would have a cute sundress. I feel like it's either hit or miss with that store though.

Id have to agree with the other girls and say oksana. As for dresses, I just did this and I bought and returned about 10 desses for my epics. I ultimately found my dress at Jcrew, they have a ton of white or springy dresses that would look good for epics. Other options where I found stuff: Anthropologie, Nordstrom and Lord & taylor.
So exciting about the epics though!
