I´m so excited!!! I officially have an Officiant!!!
As you probably know (because I posted her info EVERYWHERE trying to get feedback from someone!!! ![]()
) I found an officiant I was interested in but was unsure because I hadn´t met her yet. Well, my sister was able to go meet her today and she loved her!! (She said she defintely wants her for her ceremony too and she isn´t even engaged!!!) She said that Julissa is exactly our type of person. She is not your typical upity type offiant. She is really down to earth and a super sweet person. I´m so exciting because through email she was perfect!! She even is bi-lingual Spanish so she can do parts of the ceremony in Spanish for FH and his fam!!!! (she won´t charge me additional!!!)
My sister makes me laugh because before she went I told her my two main concerns were that she had a decent voice and didn´t look hideous since people would be listening to and seeing her during the ceremony. She tells me 'Shes actually pretty. But dont´worry she´s not TOO pretty and she´ll be dressed in a robe so you don´t have to worry about her upstaging you!!'![]()
I said I dont´care about that but she said on my wedding i would care.
Anyway, if anyone is interested her name is Julissa Zambrano. She only charges $250 for the ceremony. She is also a wedding planner/day of coordinator(she has a payment plan). However, one of the brides that used her (i called her refrences) said that she was cool about answering questions when you were looking for ideas or tips even if you only had her as your officiant.
