We already had one person drop out! However, I don't think being stranded in China is an adequate enough reason to miss the wedding

5, we have 187 people, not including me and FH and 2 kids which we didn't count in the total since we are being charged less for them so we told the hall 182. We also might have a couple that will be in a Texas pokey for the wedding so i'm super glad we undercounted

since u undercounted...how did u handle the escort/place cards & table arrangements with the hall?
or do u just tell them x # less and then just plan normal (with the cards and tables) and if everyone shows up that day...just have the cash on hand?
