I'm so happy, I found a place.

It's an italian restaurant in manhattan called Domenico's.
I get a cocktail hour, a two hour buffet with unlimited Mimosas, bloody marys, wine, beer
for an amazing price that we can actually afford. I just need to put 200 down to reserve my date.

WOW! I saw your post earlier and I didn't respond because I hadn't heard of it. But my sister's reception (and wedding) was at a restaurant and I LOVED it...love and family is what makes a wedding...and great food doesn't hurt.

Congrats! Best of luck with it. We eloped and we just renewed for our 7th annivesary and it was such a great idea! We really loved being able to share it with everyone.
