I had my final meeting with the hall yesterday...and to make my final payment. On Monday...I called in my final headcount so that they could tell me the final price. We had a little discrepancy....because we didn't make the minimum. After a few phone calls back and forth...I just agreed to pay the additional amount...I didn't want anything to go wrong. So...I went to the bank to get a check. When I got back...there was a message waiting for me....they had reviewed the paperwork I sent (my worksheet, before we signed the actual contract). Turns out I was right...they will honor the prices on kids/vendors even though I didn't meet the min. So...I went back to the bank, got the first check voided and got a smaller one (only a few hundred $$$, but it's $$$ none the less!).
It restored my faith that this was the right choice of places for us (even though it sometimes gets some flack on the boards). They kept their word...and they were very nice about it!!! Only 10 more days to go....

OH BOY!!! You must be so excited!!!!! That was very 'stand-up' of your hall!!! Good for them for being honest.....such a rarity these days

I spent that money 10 times over already buying new clothes for me and FH. We went on a real shopping spree...and then bought new luggage to put all our new clothes in.
