Im so mad!

I had nothing negative to say about my photographer until now. I got married in June, and i slacked off in picking out my TY's. A month ago i decided to get the ball rolling so i looked through my pics and i didnt like any one of them for a TY, so i decided to do a colage. So i informed my photographer, they told me the price of the upgrade, and i dropped off the money a week after i gave them the pic #'s that i liked. It took them 2 weeks to email me a proof ( when i dropped off the $ they said sometime this week). Then i didnt like the layout, so i asked him to re-do it. I still havent gotten a re-do! It has been a month since i gave them my $. Its been 2 weeks since the first one came around. And i have called 3X. Last thursday they said they would send it, never got it! THen yesterday she said she would get it to me today(yesterday), and i never got it!
On top of this it takes 3 weeks to make all the TY's. Im going to be sending out CHristmas cards with a TY in it

wow...sorry you are upset..
it may be taking them so long because the summer is very popular for weddings and they probably had a lot of clients who have already submitted there TY proofs and they are working on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
I would give them till the end of this week
