I'm so mad!!!!

My dress came in the other day and I've been trying to call them to make an appointment to go see my dress. They keep telling me to call back because the alterations people aren't there right now. I called on Friday, they told me to call Saturday because they aren't in on Fridays to make an appointment. Then I called this morning and they told me they all called in because of the weather (fine) I can't even make an appointment unless they are there. How frustrating!!!! So now I have to try and call on Tuesday to see if I can see my own dress!!
