Girls...I'm SO mad right now!!! I just came home from the gym to deal with some BullS**T!! My FBIL's ex (also known as his 'Baby's Momma') just threatened to pull my FH's nephew( the ringbearer) out of the wedding cause she's not going to be part of the bridal party. First, My bridal party is small and only consist of my two best friends and family...Second, I don't even talk to this girl!! I've been holding back so much, But I'm about to burst. And I know that when I do I can be a really nasty person and I don't care who's feelings I hurt!! I don't know what to!! I don't know how to keep my cool!!! Help!!!

Who does that? She's obviously not mentally stable so any rational discussion is out of the question. That is just bizarre that she would even suggest that. I would be afraid of her crashing my wedding. I would just say to her 'I'm sorry you feel that way. That stinks that you would do that to nephew. We really want him there. We will miss him.' and then hope she comes around. Good luck.

That's ridiculous! She is acting childish and is probably just jealous of your happiness. I would talk to your Fh and see how he wants to handle the situation.

Well my FH is extremely upset as well..But he's keeping it calmer than me. I just feel bad for him because for years he's tried to make peace with this women and she's just looney!!!

i'm sorry you have to deal with this. i, myself am having all of my neice and nephews in my wedding party but refuse to include my sister-in-law. someone somewhere always gets insulted when they're not included in the wedding plans, but you can't please everyone. i would try to be as civilized and calm as possible when you talk to her and just explain how strongly you would like her son to be in the wedding and it would mean a lot to me. but if she does not relent, unfortunately you'll just have to let it go.

I'm so sorry. I hate confrontation and honestly, you have enough crap to deal with. How old is your nephew? Would he realize if you decided now that he should no longer be a part of the bridal party? I know that sounds terrible but what are you options here? Making her a part of the bridal party against your will? That is totally foolish.

what a baby she's being!! I guess she doesn't realize the only ppl she's hurting is her son (cause its him who wont be in the party) and herself (cause she wont have all those nice pics of her son all dressed up). What a *****!

The nephew is 9yrs old and yeah he would notice because...just this weekend all the guys went to get fitted for there Tuxs and he was so excited!! I just can't belive how childish she is!!

Thats not cool!! Maybe you could talk to her and explain that you are having a very small wedding party and that it would mean a lot to you to have the little guy be apart of your wedding. But I dont know this girl and know your situation, so it might not work. But it may be worth a shot!

It's a shame you have to deal with this. I know this sounds easier said than done, but you should not give in to her. It will just set a bad precedent.
