My FH and I just had our offer accepted for our FIRST HOUSE!!!! I'm so excited! We've been searching for months and were starting to think we'd never find something we like. We still have to get the house inspected though (crossing our fingers because it's an old house!). And, even though we're pre-qualified for a mortgage, I know that we still have to get officially approved. I'm really nervous about that. I'm trying not to get too excited, cuz I know that deals fall through all the time, but it's hard not to get a little excited!

FH and I close next week.
It is a lot of paperwork for the inspection, mortgage, etc. but everyone takes care of it with you.
