Mines April 5th and i just looked at my registry right before i saw this post! We've gotten a few gifts sent to my parents home and fh won't let me open anything until the day of the shower! I told him, 'it's not like its Christmas!!' He won't even look at the registry because he forgot about a lot of the stuff we registered for, and wants to be surprised! I haven't opened anything yet, but i keep stalking the registry!

Isn't it fun stalking? LOL Fh thinks it's nuts that I notice when something as small as a can opener is purchased lol I can't believe that I've been stalking it since the first thing sold about a month ago and that everyday something else goes!!!! I'm debating on adding more since I can't seem to get enough stuff on it lol BBB must love my family and friends. I have 3 pages of stuff on there and 1 page on crappy Fortunoff's site and LOVE stalking them lol
I was shocked to see a 2 piece outdoor chair and ottoman, with a center table, that I put up for the hell of it was purchased yesterday! FH can't believe it

HEHE yea, so far we have some corningware, baking pan set, some pot holders table cloths, napkins, a mesuring cup, our silverware (that was delivered to us) and a few other small things :)

So far someone bought me all 12 of my casual china place settings (!!!!!!!!!), all my casual flatware, the flatware chest for my formal flatware, 12 martini glasses, a bunch of my baking pans, my hand mixer, blender, keurig coffee machine, spice rack, garlic press, crystal lenox bowl and vase, vera wang wine coaster, flatware chest, tea kettle, and rice cooker!!!!

I can't get onto the Fortunoff registry....that means neither can my guests : ( I am expecting gift cards to that damned store since things are either on backorder or the site isn't working. I hate Forunoff's and LOVE BBB!

quite a few of my guests told me they couldn't get me things from fortunoffs. Of course this all started right before my shower so a couple of things were bought before but then right before just about everything was on special order. Even today at easter dinner, his parents friend told me what she wanted to originally get us from fortunoff but couldn't. Many just ended up getting something from either BBB or crate and barrel, and only one person gave us a GC to fortunoff

I know, this is so annoying. Being I can't get onto the site either, I can't even take things off and put them up on BBB....us brides who are registered there now should get some kind of coupon as a 'I'm sorry' gift lol

it does S*CK, the only good thing is that ive heard that whatever is not bought fortunoff will now give us 20% off instead of the 10% but dont know how true this is. It will be great bc most of our fortunoff registry is furniture we put on there but not for others to buy us but its for us to get a discount after the wedding. Hope this is true since so far they've been a pain

Speaking of buying stuff after the wedding.....I heard that you have to wait a year before you can buy the stuff discounted.....do you or anyone else know if that is true???? Also, is there a time where you have to STOP adding things onto the registry...I'm assuming it's after your wedding day.
