I'm so upset

I FMed to different newlyweds about hair and make up and a photography question, none of them returned my fm. At first I was like maybe they don't come on here often but they post here everyday. My thing is if you don't want people asking you questions don't post it on Bride Review, because you will get a lot of questions from upcoming brides. My questions was not how much you paid, it was the contact info, or how was the vendor the day of or how did your proofs come out.

are they still posting...maybe they havent been on LIW for awhile??

yes, they are still posting that is the reason whay I am upset, I know that I am a newbie here but if anyone asked me a question I would love to help

Well, you don't know people's situations. Maybe they just didn't get a chance to get back to you yet. I know that I often wait until I can really put some thought into an FM before I sit and write someone back. JMO.

Well, you don't know people's situations. Maybe they just didn't get a chance to get back to you yet. I know that I often wait until I can really put some thought into an FM before I sit and write someone back. JMO.

Maybe I am over reacting, I FMed one of the last week, she did not returned my FM so I FMed her again two days ago still no FM, I guess they don't want to FM me

Aww. I wouldn't take it personally. People get busy or they read it and forget to respond. Who is it you want info for? Maybe someone else has used them?

I agree with Rachel...I like to take my time when responding so I could be thorough...I'm all about 'thoroughness' or is it that I'm long winded? Ah, maybe it's both! But don't take it personally!

no - i know what you mean. i have posts on the forum (actually i posted the same question on 3 of them) and all i get is myself responding with a 'no one?' quote!! LOL


oh well - sorry - i know it stinks and frankly i don't get what the big secret is all about with stuff like that. even if you don't know or don't remember - just say so.

Are you receiving FMs? I ask this b/c I sent oyu an FM asking a question on 8/29 and didn't get a response.

Another thing, I know there have been times I get the message of a new FM and click close (b/c I may be in the midst of going to read or reply to a post) and 'forget' to get back to read the FM.

Either way, hope you get the info you're looking for!

I know that when I get an FM, if it is an easy question I respond right away. But if it requires some thought, I tend to wait until I have time to answer throroughly. How long has it been? If it's only been a few days, then I wouldn't worry

I wouldnt take it too personally either..there have been times Ive gotten FMs and then forgotten all about it cuz I was in the middle of doing something or got busy at work.

same thing here. Or some questions I get, I have to go find the info, because I don't have it 'readily' available in my 'bridal binder' because MY PLANNING is OVER! And I want to give the best most accurate info, but I can't do that very quickly sometimes.
