I'm So Upset & Pi$$ed off right now
I'm done. After 20 years of banking with Bank of America, tomorrow morning will be spent bank hopping to find a mortgage someplace else. I just can't handle the unprofessionalism etc anymore. We were supposed to close today, and due to the ineptitude of my client manager we couldn't close today. Alas, the new date is in jeopardy because we are still not cleared to close.
I can't handle this stress. DH has not fielded one of these phone calls in the last 4 weeks - it has all been me, and all he says is that it will work itself out.
I just can't deal anymore. I just spent all this time on the phone with some supervisor who said he understands what I'm going through and I lost it on him. I told him that since he is not 5 months pregnant and has not been getting the run around for 4 weeks, nor has he been leaving messages for people that never answer them he doesn't understand what I'm going through at all and to not pretend that he does!!! And I told him his apologies were useless - I want something more substantial from the bank that an apology, and he said his hands are tied and he can't do anything. I don't believe that for a minute.
