i blew the motor on my mixer. i need to make icing for my cake decorating class on tuesday, and tomorrow i work 12 hrs. immmmmmmmm PIIIIIIIIIISSEDDD. of course fh's dad who lives a block away doesnt have 1, but he offered to try n fix the motor. i said forget it. all my ingredients in the trash.

if it doesn't get fixed, i always brought the wilton frosting and just dyed it the colors that i needed it to be, and it always worked

Oooo yah I hear ya... my teach told us we could buy the Wilton, I guess some say that and some don't.
If you do use the Wilton though, just bring water & a box of sugar to class. If the consistency of it is too thick add water, too thin add sugar.

thank god i hate my neighbors ( im in a co-op) using a mixer at midnight is FANTASSSSTICC

That is so cute that you improvised like that...can I make a suggestion to make your life easier? Crisco also comes in sticks and it's soooooo much easier than measuring it out. I remember when I took that class everything was so greasy because of that Crisco. The sticks of it have measurements on the side like sticks of butter. A big time and sanity saver!
