i had one of my good friends bachelorette party last night, and i feel like crap!! i just had mcdonalds and now i'm going to take a nap. on a good note, we had a really great time!!

Thats makes 2 of us girl, but not because of a Bachlorette party. I had pizza instead of McDonald and not feeling well enough to work out today! Fell Better Tricia

Oh I hope you feel better soon, Irene. I was supposedto run a 10K yesterday but I had wicked head cold! Thank goodness I feel better today, but I need to get my butt back to the gym tommorow morning.
Tricia I'm glad your nap helped! I wish I could take a 4 hour nap!

Nothing cures a hangover like fast food I like wendy's, but mickey d's is a close 2nd. Lots of water and sleep
