So...we went to PA last weekend and had a tasting for another caterer. We gave them our price per head, and then they send us a proposal way over that! What is with these people????

is there any way you can ask caterers what their price per head is before going for a tasting...This way you only see those in your price range

We did. We got all the menus and everything. We got there, talked about $$$ and agreed...now I get it in an e-mail and it's insane! Sorry for the rant, I'm just so pissed right now...

write back and say that you two had agreed on a different price. They mightve added stuff to the menu so thats why the proposal was for more, so go over things with them and make sure they have it correct
