I'M SOOOOO UPSET

The other day I posted regarding how I couldn't get my invitations hand-cancelled, so they told me to put in the Letter Drop in the post office. Well, I think everyone got them yesterday (I also sent one to my house to see how it would come out)...

They came out HORRIBLE with BIG BLACK LINES through the names - like someone ran them over with a car. I had a funny feeling that something like this was going to happen, I should have listen to my feeling -- What done is done - I guess I should look at the bright side - none of them got returned to me.

Again ladies, thank you for listening and letting me vent.

don't worry- I am sure people understand what happens with the mail. Tracy is right, it's the inside that counts!

Soooo sorry!! But like everyone else said, it's what inside that counts and at least they all arrived!!

to make u feel better. some of mine arrived with a little red ink on the backs of them from the hand stamping. (i guess they weren't dry enough when the lovely lady at the post office threw them in the bin)

It's your invitation that people really look at...try not to drive yourself crazy.

I am sure your guests are too busy admiring your invite than to even take a second look at the envelope.

I agree!!! It's what's on the INSIDE that counts. I was all upset b/c I put Mr. & Mrs. not Mr. and Mrs. and you know something, NO ONE is going to care like we do!!! !

also, i had one i had to print myself because they moved, so the inner and outer fonts didn't match.
But i figured, who really looks at the outside anyway??

I have a feeling mine were put through the machine as well as hand stamped!! if they are going to go through a machine anyway, whats the point of hand cancelling???

both mine and my inlaws invites had a black smudge line across the front. But the inside was ok, so its no big deal.

but then whats the point???
