I went to the Dr (my nutritionist) yesterday and as of then since I started my diet in mid June I have lost 30 pounds
I also couldn't believe when I tried on a wedding dress 3 sizes smaller than what I use to wear. They are ordering one 2 sizes smaller.

CONGRATS!!! WHAT A GREAT FEELING ISNT IT!!! a nutrionist is the best way to go!! i lost 70lbs going to one... my dress was like 5 sizes plus to big!!! (unfortunaly stopped going and gained some back )

Thanks to all of you for your good wishes!
I will NEVER stop seeing my nutritionist since he is also my chiropractor & I go every week for physical therapy & an adjustment due to a car accident 4 years ago.
I desperately need new clotes but don't want to buy yet I have a little more weight to lose. I told FH that after we get married his wife is going to need a whole new wardrobe and he will have to get her one.......lol
