It could be that they bought that for themselves at the same time as they bought your present. If stuff is rung up at the same time, it will appear on your registry.

Omggggg things are starting to come off a lot the last couple of days.... but my shower isnt for another 3 weeks.... Im getting suspicious!! Or maybe Ive been stalking so much that Im just thinking crazy!!!

I can totally relate to that!! The whole time you are thinking 'okay this is really sick' but you still feel like you gotta check anyway!
