I'm the WORST when it comes to BCP

Just took Friday's pill. I'm a moron. FH is away though, so no worries, but really, can I EVER get on track with this stuff??

Anyone else as bad as me??

Set an alarm on your phone. i am very precise on taking BCP around the same time every day. It's when you are not on track that unexpected things occur and we all don't want that- especially right now. I take mine at 6-6:15pm every evening. I usually pop it in as I walk home from the train. Its like a routine.

I used to be bad too, well only the past few months. I went off them though and feel 100% better.
