Ive been thinking of getting implants for years... and now seems like a good time! It would be nice to have some boobs to fill out my wedding dress! FH says go for it if it will make me happy - i think he really wants me to get them though he would never admit that! The only things that hold me back are 1) a fear of something going wrong during the surgery 2) going back to work and my students noticing!
What do you think should I go for it?

if this is something you want for yourself, TOTALLY do it......
I didn't have my boobs done but did have my nose. It was something I was really uncomfortable with. I needed to go for surgery anyways for my adenoids and deviated septum so after thinking about it for a while, I decided to do the rhinoplasty also. I wanted to do it and I did it for myself, not for anyone else.....
I totally think you should do what makes you happy and if it means getting them, then DO IT HUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
do alot of research and get recomendations!!!!!

I say if you want it, do it! There are three things to consider though
1) It hurts just as much as everyone has said and more
2) Leave yourself enough time for your boobs to drop which takes a few months so you look 'normal' by your wedding day
3) If you plan on gaining or losing weight, take this into consideration because if you do they may look disproportionate

I say no. I am a big believer in being proud and confident with what you already have. This might make you feel better and then you'll want to change something else and it will never end. (This happened to 2 friends I know)

I say go for it. I wanted to get implants too but its alot of $$$$ and I was scared b/c of the pain.

I know a ton of people with them...they are all very happy..like with anything..do research the best you can. Whatever makes you happy and comfortable, I say go for it.
