Hello~I am getting married in a month, actually about three weeks, and I have had my dress done and fitted to perfection, I love it! My daughter, who is also my MOH (age 8), her dress is being custom made, ordered off inweddingdress and arrived yesterday. My dress is Not a Bright white. When I saw my daughter's dress, it is at least 3 shades brighter than my dress. I'm worried that it is going to make my dress look dirty. Is this a minor detail?? Should I be panicking??

Just read randy's book from say yes to the dress. He suggests white shirts for grooms even with not bright white dresses. So probably mixing ivory and white is fine,I would ask your photog, he will prob tell you it is fine and you will be back to wedding planning bliss. I understand you want everything to be perfect..I think it is a minor detail in the scheme of things. Def no reason to panic.

I have seen ivory dresses and bright white flower girls dresses and I think it looks fine...I know she is your moh but I think it will be okay...btw ur dress is sooooo beautiful

I would not worry about it. Both are beautiful and will look beautiful together!

I wouldn't worry about it at all. When I was picking out shirts the the tuxes, everyone told me I was CRAZY for getting white shirts because my dress was ivory (The guy at the store acted like I was committing a crime). I finally called my photog and he said it wouldn't be a problem at all - and it wasn't. Everything looked great together and my dress does not look 'dirty' in our pics. You will both look beautiful and will look beautiful together. Enjoy your day!
