I am trying to contact Imagine Studios but no one has gotten back to me even though i left a message and sent an email a few days ago, do you think it is bad sign of customer service?
Also, if any of you used or going to use them can send me price info and their experiences?

I'm an Imagine bride, and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. The pictures they took for both epics and wedding pics are stunning. Check out my albums for a look at my teasers.
They are a small operation though - a husband and wife team with a few assistant photographers. So sometimes it can take a few days for them to get back to you. But they completely exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them 100%.

I'm an imagine bride also. I can tell you Lia and her assistant were at a showcase all yesterday at Flowerfield because I saw her there. She is wonderful and I can't say enough good things about her. She's worth every penny in my book because she was the only photographer we visited that made me feel calm, at ease, and like I didn't have to worry. I just recently got back my engagement photos and they're gorgeous. Lia is like a ninja and was hiding in woods to get the best shot and boy did she. I wouldn't give up on her....emailing her also works. Her company isn't a typical photography factory...her customer service is excellent. Her business is family owned and she personally handles all the accounts. She's worth contacting.

I'm using Imagine Studios and I highly recommend them. It's possible that they have been busy and couldn't get back to you, but definitely try sending her an e-mail. Their work is phenomenal!!

I am an Imagine bride. Lia is amazing and super nice and so far customer service has been great.
I think I remember her saying she doesn't work on Mondays bc she works all other days of the week.
i wouldn't write them off, I am sure she will get back to you, she has always been timely with emails for me.
