IMAN BRIDAL

I ordered my gown from there in JANUARY and my bridemaid dresses in APRIL...My wedding is in September and they are still not in yet. Isn't that very late??
Has anyone else used IMAN??

I ordered my BM dresses from there and they came in on time but they ordered my MOH one size too big which was bad for her b/c she was taking it somewhere else to get it altered. She called them back and told them that and also there was a pen mark on it - they said that they were sorry and they would do the alterations for free. That was nice of them.

The only thing I was anoyed about was that they changed the alterations from $45 to $55. Whatever though. They were really nice though.

Call and see when they are supposed to come in, they will let you know a round about date.

I had some issues with my tiara:
-They never contacted me to tell me it was in.
-When I did go to pick it up, it was the wrong one.
(Granted, the sales woman who was helping me at the time was very apologetic and followed through with her promise to have it to me by the following week. The sales woman's kindness made up for the owner's rudeness. )

Thanks EVERYONE!!!! I think I just really want to see my dress and the bridesmaid dresses so I am starting to get annoyed b/c everything is still not in.
I have had a great experience at Iman otherwise so please if you still need to get a dress or Tiara go look b/c they have beautiful stuff.
