Imformative Homebuyers Site

Can anyone suggest any good sites about the home buying process? such as things to know, look for, common mistakes, etc....

So far I found new www.newbuyer.com

Thanks, I just like to be as informed as possible to avoid any unnecessary mistakes.

Thanks,
