My inlaws live 5 hours away upstate. We see them once a month only because we have their granddaughter. Otherwise we would see them every 2-3 months.

My sister & brother live in Oregon unfortunately I haven't seen her since May 2003. And I probably won't see them until June.

my parents live in PA and FH and i go and see them at least 2 weekends a month.

my sister also just bought a house right down the block from our parents so i see her out there all the time or we meet for dinner halfway between us (she lives in westchester) once every 2 weeks if we haven't seen each other.

i have a pretty close family. so we get together often.

my fh parents live in florida and we see them about 4 times a year or so. if it were my mom i would make an effort to see her every couple of months but there family isnt like that its a lil strange.

My brother & sister-in-law moved to Maine in August....I haven't seen them & won't see them til Christmas....They are coming for Thanksgiving but I will be in SC....I know once the winter is here, I will not get to see them bc it is a hassle to get there...The one thing I have going for me is that we have a summer house there, so I can see them all summer long...

FH uncles live in Texas & Conneticut...We see the family from Texas once a year in SC for Thanksgiving & the family from CT, we see about 3 times, once in SC & then other weekend trips...

It is hard though to see everyone considering out hectic work schedules & travel times!

My mom lives in South Carolina ... she comes up probably four times a year (at least).

My brother lives in Massachusetts and I'd sasy we see him about three times a year ...

My MIL lives in NC and we see her about 2-3 times per year. Since we live in NJ now, we see my parents in Queens at least 1x a month and see my FIL in the Hamptons about every 6 weeks.

My husband and I and my brother are the only family I have here in CT. EVERYONE is on LI, I see them 1-2 times a month. It depends though what's going on, sometimes we don't go home for months. It makes me sad cause we both come from really close families

I live in Chicago and my family is in NY. I go home maybe 4-5 times a year.

DH's sisters live out of state. We see them for major holidays (and weddings ) we saw them in October and we'll probably see them for Christmas.

my whole family lives in NY and I'm in GA....we came down in July and I'm going to visit by myself the 2nd weekend in December

i saw my parents in may. they'll be up here on tues for the holiday. while they're here, they'll be getting my dress. fh parents we see oftne. his brother when he wants to make an appearance. my sisters, every few weeks.
